This patient felt as if she was beginning to sag in her brow and lower face and felt as if she looked older than she felt. Additionally, she had a lot of sun damage to her skin. Dr. Collins started with repositioning her drooping tissues with a lower face and neck lift, brow lift, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty and upper lip lift. She also had volume replacement with fat grafting at the time of surgery. Following her surgery, she began to treat her skin with monthly photofacials. Little by little, her brown spots have been disappearing. She looks so much younger, but still like herself. It is a natural looking restoration of her former youthful beauty. She will maintain this with regular photofacials, good home care, botox and subtle amounts of filler as needed.
