Gynecomastia is a problem that plagues up to 30% of the male population. It can happen in men who are overweight, but it also can happen in the most trim body and can be comprised exclusively of breast tissue. Typically, the treatment of gynecomastia is a combination of liposuction of the chest wall followed by direct excision of the excess breast tissue. As long that there is not a large amount of excess skin, the entire procedure can be done through tiny incisions that will ultimately become invisible.  This man had this procedure done and even in this early postoperative result, his scars are almost invisible.
