This lovely young lady came to Dr. Collins because she was disappointed with a previous breast reduction. When she went for her first surgery, she told the surgeon that she wanted to have small breasts (about a "B" cup). She remembers at the time that the surgeon told her that she really didn't want to be that small and that her breasts should be reduced to be in proportion to the rest of her body.
