Breast Augmentation
Case Details
When there is more native breast tissue to hide the implant in the pre-op, a subglandular, or subfascial position of the implant is acceptable. This position of implant avoids violation of the position and function of the pectorals muscle. Many patients find this to be more comfortable. It is particularly good for women who work out a lot and do upper body and chest exercises.
