Blepharoplasty Options: Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty

This patient had bilateral blepharoptosis. She had a bilateral levator re-insertion with an upper lid blepharoplasty to correct her drooping eyelids. She now has improved upper visual fields as well as improved cosmesis.

This patient had sever upper visual field defecits from excess upper eyelid skin and brow ptosis. She had a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty with a direct brow lift to achieve improvement in her upper visual fields as well as improved cosmesis.
